Experience & Understanding
Jonathan brings not the most 'normal' background or approach to Landscape
Architecture. Starting out as a hand draftsman working in design/build manufacturing
plant and then on to PBS&J as a draftsman and then on into the Planning and
Landscape Architecture department, brings a basic and solid understanding of office
production and project management.

Working towards licensure in 1986, Jonathan worked with several well know
Architectural and Landscape Contractor in the Tampa Bay area, including Design
Advocates, Inc.

Joanthan started the Company in 1992, and had produced a wide range and variety
of projects. Jonathan brings a solid understanding of local climate, environmental,
aesthetic and economic issues, as well as a core understanding of project
management, based upon experiences from similar projects.

Mr. Toner is a highly respected local Landscape Architect with international
experience and extensive large-project expertise within the southeastern US. Mr.
Toner's expertise has become more finite and refined in large project design &
management as well as urban design planning, and construction detailing. Additional

Interests:
Active Tampa Bay racing sailor, fishing, plays Cello and guitar, extensive travel and
photography.

Background and Experience:
Mrs. Kibelka is fluent in German, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. She has
experience in a broad spectrum of building projects, competitions and several
impact assessment surveys, as well as environmental land use and zoning plans.

She is currently residing and working for Terra Tectonics from
Birmingham, Alabama. Her recent projects include organizing thelocal community to
design and install a environemental walking trail in an elementary school in
Birmingham, Alabama.
